Situated in an tranquil hamlet in the lea of Butser Hill, nestled in and amazing view of the South Downs National park a stones throw from Petersfeild. There’re beautiful walks in the surrounding area whilst being very accessible to the A3/train going up to London and Portsmouth. Should you be walking the South Downs way, there is a beautiful walk off the top of Butser Hill. We can also help with supermarket deliveries. We have two bikes you are welcome to borrow for 5min cycle to nearest shop.

The little Annex

Light and bright small self contained annex in a picturesque village setting. A short walk to two village pubs, and 5 minutes walk from the southdowns way, ideal for walkers and cyclists. 2 ½ miles from Petersfield town centre and mainline station to Waterloo. I am a huge believer in reuse and renew, doing whatever I can to help the beautiful environment we live in. Most of my furniture is salvaged or upcycled and functional. Bag transfer, dinner and packed lunches available upon prior request.

Entry is through its own front door leading to the main living area with king size bed, TV, settee, fridge, microwave, WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities including a Nespresso coffee machine. The separate bathroom is situated at the end of the living area with a walk in double length shower unit, sink and toilet.
