Cheerful New Cottage Style Family Mountain Getaway

Centrally located in the rebuilding town of Paradise. Every home on our street was lost in the 2018 Camp Fire. We are the fourth home to be rebuilt on the street. There is new hope for this small mountain community. Decorated in a cozy cottage look with comfortable beds and everything you need in our stocked kitchen. Excellent internet and a smart TV . There is an outdoor table for and gas grill. Our local marina, Line Saddle, has boat, paddle board and kayak rentals for a day on the lake.

Bright, spacious guest house near one-mile park

Enjoy a stylish experience at this quiet, spacious, centrally-located studio guesthouse! Located within a short walk of Chico's beautiful One-Mile park and swimming hole, and just one mile from downtown and the university. Private back patio with a small gas grill. Excellent air conditioning and heating, and a fully appointed kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. Would comfortably fit two people, but would accomodate two more with a provided air mattress if you were open to sharing the room.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

Your family will be close to everything including historic Bidwell Park and California State University Chico when you stay at this centrally-located downtown bungalow. You'll be comfortable in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath turn of the century house that was renovated in the early 2000's to include an open living concept. You can enjoy cooking in the spacious, well stocked kitchen (house is close to the downtown farmer's market held on Saturdays) or walk to a favorite dining establishment.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Chico. It is located just three blocks from the entrance to Bidwell Park for morning walks, or about 1/2 mile to the quaint downtown Chico area! This home has been updated from top to bottom and has every amenity you could ask for! There is also a fully fenced front and back yard area for your furry friends! Relax under the lights by the fire pit in the backyard. This place feels like home!

We built this little burrow just for AirBnB. It’s peaceful, clean and simple here. You’ll love the central location, enjoy a 15 minute walk to some of Chico’s finest. As fellow travelers, we focused on the amenities that we can’t do without like a full kitchen and bath🛁 Powerful heat and A/C too! Great for short or long stays with stellar laundry units. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in North Chico, in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by walnut orchards, this is a 1,050 sq ft 2 story guest house. There is a full kitchen, wifi, pool table, two TVs with full cable, and plenty of parking, as well as access to the unheated swimming pool during the swimming season (April - Oct).
