On quiet street and close to amenities; Sainsburys, cafes, pub, metro, bus routes into town. A Nice little 1 bedroom apartment located in the historic Quayside area of Newcastle. Set in a period building with easy access to the city centre, many bars, restaurants and theatres. Very easy walking distance to the Sage and ten minutes walk to Central Station. For Parking The nearest multi-storey Is 5 mins away on Dean Street NE1 1PG It’s 2.10 an hour between 8am and 7pm and free over night. Sometimes in the summer the famous Tyne Bridge Kittiwake’s can be a little noisy.

This stunning town house benefits from an amazing location overlooking a marina and the River Tyne on Newcastle’s Quayside. The house is furnished to a very high standard, making the most of the views. The garden is west facing making it beautiful on a sunny day. The house is within close proximity to not only the quayside, but also the city centre. There is a bus service running frequently along the quayside then into town & another service which runs to Freeman Hospital.
