Perfect!!! I felt at home! I stayed 1 month in the apartment and simply loved it! Marcos responds super fast, very friendly and flexible, Mauricio (trustee and who received me) tb was very friendly and helpful. The apt is very good, everything new, super ventilated and cozy, the view is spectacular and the beach is very good. For those who like a quiet beach, without many waves and without much muvuca, it is perfect. But it also has Lovina very close by, which is a beach club. Only thing is that it is located a little away from larger markets, but condominium has a mini market that super helps. Super was worth it, I definitely recommend!

Whenever we go to João Pessoa we stay at the apartment. The condominium is on the sand, the pool is wonderful, a family environment and the apartment is always very clean and organized. The kitchen is complete and the parking space is great. We're looking forward to come back again. Ricardo is very attentive, communicative and responds promptly. Super recommend it!
