Good place, good location, good facilities, spacious and Memo on the lookout for everything

We enjoy getting a taste of the culture/everyday life of the people. This was a great location to old town (touristy yet still quaint) but within walking distance of real neighbourhoods; several schools in the area and an easy walk to the public market. Amenities like Walmart are about a 25 minute walk with several local restaurants/bars along the way. We love to walk and the beach was about a 20 minute, easy walk. We did not rent a car. We travelled to San Lucas by purple and orange bus—a little rough but easy! The unit was very spacious and perfect for a couple. The building was a mix of owners and renters. It was quiet, very friendly and safe. We would be happy to return!

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful condo for a week in February, and it was simply amazing. It’s large, well appointed and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing week. Gorgeous ocean views from the large balcony, saw whales breaching almost every day. But the real gem at Casa Del Mar is having access to the pool, jacuzzi and beach loungers at Zoetry, the 5 star hotel on site. Loveliest pool we have ever experienced, and even got to take part in some cooking classes from the hotel chef. Paty the property manager lives on site and was friendly and really responsive. This was a perfect place to stay to explore Los Cabos and we are already planning on going back next year.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Carolina’s property. It was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was a win with my kids and it was never busy, we often had the entire space to ourselves. The walk to the beach was as described and very accessible. We walked the entire beach to the marina and with kids it only took about 45 minutes.. not bad at all as we were taking our time and letting them play in the waves. There are a couple of restaurants and ice cream places close to the building we walked to that were excellent, although, I wouldn’t spend too much time walking around the building as there was a lot of construction and hazards for my children. Not a huge negative, but something to note for families. The Uber ride to other areas was very reasonable and this is what we mostly opted to do. Carolina and her business partner were very responsive and helpful and we really appreciated the cleanliness of our unit. Would stay here again!

Nice place and great gym, the facilities and location is great for me, walking distance to Costco/Grocery, tho there’re small incidents but Paulina is able to attain on a timely manner, would definitely recommend.

I spent 2 weeks at Alvaro's lovely condo and would stay again! It has all the amenities of a hotel. It's worth noting that Cabo Adventures (tour company) will pick you up from here. The space is clean and cozy. The hurricane shutters can be easily shut for a dark sleep environment. I appreciated use of the beach towels and umbrella! This is a family friendly complex and while some people enjoyed themselves with music at night they were respectful and quieted down once it got late. The neighbourhood is under development, so you may hear some light construction noise and/or maintenance workers starting 8-8:30am. From the complex it's not possible to walk to the beach, but it's a quick drive/Uber to the marina/Medano. Costco and Soriana are a short walk away. There are several restaurants within walking distance up the dirt road. I felt perfectly safe walking to/from these restaurants after dark (I do suggest a flashlight so cars can see you). I also recommend Cabo Yoga & Fitness nearby!

Such an amazing stay!

Very good choice of accommodation visiting Cabo either for work or with the family. The location is very practical, with restaurants and leisure options as "local" and very close to the tourist attractions the destination has to offer. Jennifer's care was friendly and punctual.

Tana's place is a cute condo perfectly located in the marina area. Close to shops and restaurants. The bed was amazing, so comfortable. I'll definitely be looking to rent this again in the future.

Great place to stay and nice location close to downtown!

We were specifically looking for a place close to the marina with fun places to go. This property is in a fantastic area. Close to live music, wonderful dining options, shopping and great people watching. Its in a loud city setting. Great choice for city living while traveling.

Great place to stay in Cabo! Loved how clean and maintained the facility was kept. Most essentials were available but the oil, salt and pepper as listed was not available. Beds were ok but we are used to pillow top beds but still worked for us. We adjusted. Loved the design of the condo and the rooftop pool. 10 minute walk to beach. Umbrella, chairs and scuba gear was a great surprise. Uber driver are available all day. Everyone was nice and even walked to our favorite Fig and Olives restaurant 3x! Great communication and very happy with our stay! Construction did not bother us during the week as we were gone most of the day and understand they are working. Reserve your stay!! It is worth it. We will return! Ty for everything Momentum team!!!

If we can give more than 5 stars we would. We absolutely loved our stay in this lovely seaside unit. Whether it was sunrise coffee in the tropical backyard or oceanview grilling in the evenings while dipping our feet in the private pool, this oasis was the perfect getaway for us. The accommodations were accurate and comfortable and had everything we needed. Access to the other resorts was also a plus and a 15-20 minute drive to downtown made shopping, etc. quite easy. These hosts are extremely responsive and friendly. We hope this is available our next trip to Cabos and we highly recommend a stay here.

The unit is located in Tezal, just a 10-minute drive from Downtown Cabo. It’s a gated community with 24/7 security, making it feel very private, secure, and quiet. I highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with children or babies. Costco and Soriana market are within walking distance, which was extremely convenient. The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in times. The unit itself was clean and quiet, equipped with everything you might need. You can also request a baby crib, high chair, and bath if needed. Plus, the beautiful ocean view of El Arco is a wonderful bonus!

We had an amazing stay at Pam’s place. The location was perfect for us to get to the beach easily (5 minutes) and walk to breakfast each morning. We felt really safe and the apartment is perfectly set up for kids. Two twin beds and a pack n play. They also had two additional twin beds that could fold out. The patio was so peaceful, views were great and the house was fully equipped for whatever you needed. The security guards at the gate were very friendly, as well as the other staff on the property. The pool and hot tub were great additional amenities. Pam was incredibly responsive and had so many great recommendations. She has and entire list of recommended restaurants, car rentals, in home chefs, activities etc. Highly recommend this Airbnb and hope to stay again!

Mark and the co-host, David were extremely responsive, beautiful home with pool - perfect for our family with three kiddos! The golf cart was a must-have. We used it daily to get back and forth from the resort. David helped us get the fridge and pantry stocked full of food upon our arrival. The trip couldn’t have gone more smooth and it was truly because of Mark and David. We plan on returning in the winter for the holidays!

This house was incredible and we really enjoyed our stay. We had 8 girls - had plenty of space and felt safe the entire time. Brad (and his concierge Ivan) were extremely helpful snd great hosts. I am glad our group rented a car. It was perfect to head to the grocery store and stock up on food + drinks for the long weekend. The house has everything you need so we wanted to stay there as much as possible. Thank you for the incredible long weekend!!

For us, this was a great location in a gated community. We enjoyed the pickleball courts just outside the gate along with the fitness facility. Very low traffic area. Uber was our choice in getting around the area, just minutes from anywhere. Surprisingly the inside of the house was decorated for the Christmas season throughout each room including a tree in the living room, very well presented in welcoming us from the states. Most of our time was spent on the deck or relaxing pool side. Cabo has been our holiday destination for years & we enjoy this location for the views that adds to the relaxation.

Sorel’s place was perfect for our group of six. The bedrooms are private and the open space is plentiful for group dinners and gatherings. What really makes this place special is the concierge service. Dian, Jesus, and Ali were amazing. We felt spoiled rotten by their amazing meals and attentive service. Thanks to you three for making our stay so special!

What a great place to stay! My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens) felt so comfortable here. The large pool, club house (fooseball, ping pong, large T.V.'s), gym, and basketball court were a huge hit for my crew. The private rooftop patio was perfect for early morning coffee and sunrise watching, as well as the perfect way to wind down in the evening to watch the sunset! This truly is a magical place. We will most definitely be back. Communication with host was too notch!! 👌 Thank you for a most magical stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Florenta was an amazing host, she was nice and responsive whenever I had a question. The neighborhood was calm and the Airbnb was nice, clean & cozy. The rooftop has an amazing view. I would recommend staying here and having Florenta as your host :)

Excellent house to share with family and friends, close to good restaurants and close to the port

We loved our stay! The house was the perfect size to spread out, the kitchen was very well equipped, the security guards were very friendly, the beds were extremely comfortable, there was lots of beach accessories to use (although only 4 beach towels), games & puzzles. The pool was a bit chilly, but it is December. The grocery store is really close by as well as Costco, however the sidewalk only goes part way and not along the busy main road, so we recommend an uber. There is a great taco restaurant a 2 min walk away as well as an ice cream shop and 2 little mini marts. The taco restaurant was even open on Christmas Eve! We would definitely stay again and Sylvia was a gem! Thank you for the late check out and handy tips! We will miss the food and beauty. Xoxo
