Apartment holiday rentals in Cabo Verde

The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, it is in an elevated position looking over the road to the sea. The road is busy at times but isn't noisy. Parking is easy, there is even some shade for the car. Great location, four minutes to the plateau, 10 to the airport. There's air con in each room, but we didn't need it in March, the ventilation is excellent, and fly screens on all the opening windows keep bugs out. Obtaining the keys was easy, and the host responded to communication quickly.

Het appartement was erg schoon en de locatie, aan het strand en dichtbij het centrum, was perfect! Een klein minpuntje was de kleine douche, maar voor de rest was het appartement heel ruim. De communicatie met Antony en Susana verliep vlot en duidelijk.

Die Kommunikation mit Rachael verlief reibungslos. sie kam uns auch bei Anliegen sehr entgegen und kümmerte sich um unsere Anliegen sehr schnell. Das Appartment ist gleich am Strand und Kaffee, mit einrm mini Shop war such gleich um die Ecke. Fpr 1 Woche waren 2 Rolken WC Papier etwas zu knapp,aber ich weiss nicht, wenn wir gefragt jätten, ob wir noch 2 Rollen bekommen hätten. ansonsten sehr gemütlich, wir würden wieder hier herkommen. danke

We felt our relaxing holiday had started as soon as we were greeted by a very happy person who drove us to Zuela's place from the airport . On arrival we were greeted by Zuela and she in a very professional and friendly manner showed us around her place and showed us a map of the area . On the balcony she used her hands as directions to say where to go . Whilst our stay we found everything functional . Good WIFI. However there was one morning when there was going to be NO electricity supply in the whole block of flats . Zuela did inform us two days before and apologised ..we prepared ourselves. On the morning of no electricity..we had NO water supply too .. There was no WIFi..and we couldn't reach out to Zuela but luckily the block is looked after by Security and he assured us everything would be back to normal within two hours ..and it was . Zuela's place is comfortable and the area feels safe . car hire on the block . Thank you so much Zuela . Hope to come back again !!

communication facile avec nos hôtes ; réactifs si besoin ; logement très spacieux et bien équipé ; bien situé pour la plage , les ferries et le centre ville. séjour parfait chez Jasper et Nelly.

Con mi esposa pasamos tres semanas estupendas en el apartamento de Ina y Za. Destaco en primer lugar la hospitalidad de las anfitrionas y su empleada doméstica, Chuchuca, la buena comunicación e indicaciones para moverse en Praia y Santiago. El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo, con mucha luz y todo lo imprescindible. El edificio es atractivo, moderno y en perfecto estado. Hay que tener en cuenta que está en una vía principal, por lo que el eventual ruido de algún motorista desaforado es inevitable en la sala, aunque hay buenas ventanas para atenuarlo; en los cuartos es mucho menos perceptible y en definitiva nos resultó tolerable. Terra Branca es un barrio popular bien servido y seguro; de fácil acceso, a unos ocho minutos del centro en bús (n.º 2). Muy cerca del apartamento hay dos minimercados bien abastecidos, y el pequeño mercado de Terra Blanca está a unos seis minutos a pié. De camino al mercado se pasa por la famosa Rua d'Arte, ideada por Tutu Sousa. ¡Magnífica experiencia!

Qui ce fut un logement exceptionnel. La communication avec l’hôte et d’ailleurs elle a été très arrangeante. On avait oublié des affaires, elle s’est arrangée pour trouver des Français pour les ramener c’est exceptionnel! Le seul petit souci qu’on a eu ce sont les toilettes qui débordait alors qu’on avait pas mis de papier, mais cela n’était pas de sont ressort… Vous voulez verre réserver ce logement, les yeux fermés et le gros avantage c’est que on est loin de la masse touristique. A fabulous apartment, small complex with pool and direct beach access - just as described. Peter was a great host - met us on arrival and gave lots of helpful local tips. The apartment was spotless, very comfy bed, and had everything we needed for our stay. Really recommend it and Santa Maria is beautiful! Thank you 🤩

One of the best views ever. And the sound of the ocean right out the front door is so peaceful. A 2 minute walk to a restaurant. Or a 3 minute walk. Or a 4 minute walk. Or a string of restaurants during your 30 minute walk. I could easily spend more time on the upper veranda, watching the waves come in. My wife slept upstairs in a comfortable bed while I slept downstairs in one of another pair of comfortable beds. I chose downstairs because I have a bad knee and I found the stairs to the upper bedroom problematic. Other than that “No Problem.” The local maid provided what we asked for and Luis remotely answered every question promptly. Done deal, thanks Luis. It was an affordable long weekend.

Kevin ist ein super Gstgeber der alle Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Jederzeit würde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen. Es ist alles sehr modern und neu, und es mangelt an nichts! Unten ist ein kleiner Laden der alles was evtl. fehlt bereit hält. Kevin ist pro aktiv und hilft jederzeit bei Tips für Restaurants oder Taxi Orga. Unsere Wäsche konnten wir super waschen und sie ist schnell auf der Terasse geteocknet! Vielen Dank für den super Aufenhalt 🙏🏽🙏🏻😚!

Beautiful two-beds, two-bathrooms apartment, spotlessly clean, within a resort. Access to the pools, restaurants and the beach. The price is for the accommodation, possible to upgrade to all-inclusive within the resort area for 71 EUR/person. A bit remote from Santa Maria, within a resort, all matching the description. Recommendations.

Adorei a estadia, vai de encontro a descrição. Anfitrião muito prestável e atencioso. A casa encontra-se muito bem equipada, e dispõem de pequenos bens essênciais para cozinhar, recomendo !

Unkomplizierter Check in. Da wir in der Nacht in Praia gelandet sind, hat sich Mickaël für uns um ein Taxi gekümmert Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Mickaël hat immer schnell auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Lauf Nähe. Der Strand ist in 25-30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. (Mit Kindern)

The apartment is very well located, near Cabral beach and the center of Sal Rei. It corresponds to the description and was perfect for our stay. A lot of good restaurants nearby and you can easily walk to the beaches. The apartment was clean and functional. We really appreciated all Bettina's recommendations - walks, local guide, restaurants, taxi etc. She answered very quickly to all messages.

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

Logement et hôtel très propre, accueillant. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable, serviable et très professionnel. idéalement situé pour les activités, les restaurants, le port.... Es ist eine schöne und grosszügige Wohnung mit einer fantastischen Terrasse. Kann ich gerne empfehlen und komme gerne wieder. Monica liefert bei Anfragen schnelle Antworten.

Apartamento bem localizado próximo a bares, restaurantes, supermercados... Ambiente extremamente organizado e limpo. Comportou 6 pessoas muito bem, cozinha bem equipada, banheiros espaçosos com banheiras, camas confortáveis... Recomendo!

super appartement, tout le nécessaire a la vie quotidienne y est , vous avez un Supermarché dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel qui permet de prendre les premières nécessités, pensez a payer en cap verdien, les locaux arrondissent et la plupart du temps vous perdez 10% 😉.
