Quiet residential area. No parties! 15 minutes (drive) into City Centre, including Principality Stadium. 5 minute walk to bus stop and 10 minutes to train station. Good access to Victoria Park/Cowbridge Rd for a selection of bars and restaurants, approximately 1.3 miles away. 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk. We are foodies so happy to recommend. A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.
