Goncourt42 is a secret apartment in the heart of the passage where Marc Bernard, 1942 Goncourt Prize winner, lived. The apartment revolves around a terrace that opens onto a wooded courtyard, lulled by the bells of St-Castor and the murmur of conversations from a small restaurant. We decorated it in the image of our passions. The bathroom and the state-of-the-art kitchen are combined with antique objects. Air-conditioned duplex with a sunny terrace overlooking the Porte Auguste and the Église Saint Baudile, both listed as historical monuments. The flat is on the fourth floor, with no lift. The room is not air conditioned. Pros: - Terasse - Facilities: air conditioning, ceiling fan, dishwasher, electric BBQ, speaker, TV - Very central: 3 minutes from Les Halles, 7 minutes from the Maison Carrée and 8 minutes from the Arènes. Porte d'Auguste tram/bus station and Indigo car park 50 metres away.

Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor without elevator - narrow staircase) quiet and comfortable. Beautiful location to shine in the city centre on a very pretty square. Monuments and shops 2 minutes' walk away. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in the living room). Bed linen and towels provided, as well as basic kitchen utensils. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "my accommodation"), free surface parking 200 m away. We live in the building and will be available if needed.
