The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

If you want to get away from the city and relax in peace on the edge of the forest, this cottage is the perfect choice. Listen to the birds chirping while drinking your morning coffee, lounge in the hammock under the old chestnut tree, walk along the Mohás Spring on the Óház Lookout hiking trail, and to round it off, pop into one of the nearby wineries or just admire the starry sky from the garden. The house can comfortably accommodate two adults and one child (from baby to 12-13 years old), with 1 extra bed.

Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

The Sky Luxury Suite is a Mediterranean romantic luxury apartment designed exclusively for two people. With a 360° view of the city center, Lake Balaton and Festetics Castle. The apartment has a private jacuzzi and sauna. Our room service pampers our guests with cocktails, hookahs, and other refreshments. The price does not include breakfast, it can be requested separately. Two electric scooters provide transportation in Keszthely.
