The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Perfect location, in a quiet street just 5 minutes walk from Portu Frailis beach. The house is nice, renovated, clean and equipped with everything you need. Also, being a basement apartment the house was always cool during the day, without needing to turn on the air conditioning. Riccardo was a very helpful host, providing info and tips from before we arrived. Recommended!

Antoinette’s place in Cala Gonone was fantastic. The town has plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets with delicious local foods. Antoinette was a great host, welcoming us with helpful tips on what to see and do. The Airbnb was spotless, well-equipped for cooking, and when we asked for a new pan, she provided one immediately. The view from the apartment was stunning! The only small downside is that it's close to the main road, so light sleepers may hear the occasional late-night scooter if the windows are open. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended!

We felt right at home at Danilo’s. He’s a great host that is always very responsive and there to help with local tips and advice. Furthermore, he accommodated us on a few special requests we had during our stay. Also, he brought us a brand new coffee machine during our stay :) His place is very clean and has nice rooms including a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and parking is extremely easy right in front of the house. We can only recommend Danilo!!

We have very nice vacation days in Tamaras apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and conveys a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The location in the village is perfect and communication with the host is excellent. Thank you again for the very successful vacation days.

It was very nice, the apartment is big and clean, the balcony is beautiful and you can cook and have plenty of space. We had a great and relaxing stay, the only minus for us was that it smelled very strongly of cleaning products but it was very clean for it.

My friend Giorgia and I had a great time! Martina and her whole family hosted us as if we were part of it. Communication with Martina was always very quick and helpful right away. Martina is very kind and helpful, for any need she will always be present. We felt welcomed and if we return to the area we will definitely choose your residence again. We had a wonderful stay in Cala Gonone. Ioana was extremely helpful and hospitable and maintained excellent communication with us throughout. She gave us many helpful suggestions for things to do in the area and was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We especially loved the outside terrace and spent a lot of time eating meals on the terrace and enjoying the views. The location was within short walking distance to the city centre and multiple supermarkets which was very convenient. The neighbourhood within which this apartment is located is very peaceful and quiet. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend staying here!

Really enjoyed our stay. place looked exactly like the photos and a very comfortable space to relax in. Great wifi connection. Kitchen had everything you needed making it super nice to have a great meal at home. The aircon works super well and can adjust the inside to however you like. Blackout blinds make the bedroom potch black and slept very comfortably.

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

We had a wonderful week at the accommodation! Claudia welcomed us very warmly and was always available when we had questions. Also tips for beaches, supermarkets and restaurants were great. The place was exactly as pictured. Above all, the beautiful terrace was our highlight. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking. Even the basic supplies for cooking such as olive oil, spices and coffee were available. The beds were very comfortable. The Internet and TV worked perfectly. A beach umbrella was also available. I stayed at the apparentment for two weeks and loved it. Its location is great, it has all the amenities you need, is modern, clean and comes with a nice veranda. The hosts were always available, helpful, flexible and very friendly. I can fully recommend it, and if I end up coming back to Sardinia, I'd absolutely consider staying here again.

Very nice apartment, beautifully decorated with lots of details. The kitchen was equipped with some basics (salt, pepper, oil etc.) which was very convenient. Marina is a very friendly and proactive host. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place is just as beautiful as the photos—spotlessly clean, bright, and tastefully decorated. It matched the description perfectly and felt like a peaceful retreat after long days of exploring the coast. The location was great for getting around Cala Gonone, and the views were a bonus. Matteo was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering helpful tips and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. Would definitely come back and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Apartment in a comfortable and quiet area, clean and with large bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning, also present in the kitchen. The sofa bed was also very comfortable thanks to the extra layer in Memory Foam. Water is always present thanks to storage tanks. Mr. Pietro has been very welcoming, kind and always available for our requests, I can only allow myself to recommend a few more dishes and/or a dishwasher so as to fully enjoy the vacation, otherwise it is absolutely recommended.

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

It is particularly quiet, in the center of the village and close to the streets that lead to fantastic natural places. The host is very helpful.
