Beautiful apartment in a very convenient location… Golfo Aranci is beautiful!

Really nice place in a quiet part of town yet just a 15 minute walk to the main area of downtown with lots of restaurants. Street parking was very easy. Wifi was strong enough for video calls. Anna Rita was really nice and even had some beach chairs and an umbrella we could use. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at Luca's apartment. We did not meet him but he was responsive over the phone. the accommodation is ideally located on the port which was very quiet at the end of the season.

Apartment in a beautiful location with a nice view of the mountain and the sea, well equipped also inside and outside with nice seating and sunbeds. A lot of nice beaches were accessible by car within 15-20 minutes drive. Nearby restaurants, cafes, and shop.

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

This accommodation is great for a relaxing and relaxing family vacation. The beach is within walking distance and beautiful. Paola responded immediately to any questions. She was friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would come back!

Alessio was very flexible with check in and check out. He explained everything in the house and sent us additional information by email. He was super sweet and helpful. The kitchen in the house is very well equipped and there were even spices, oil, water, wine, cookies, coffee ... a nice welcome package. The rooms are large and on the terrace we could have breakfast every morning. We got towels and beach towels for every guest. The beach can be reached in just 3 minutes and very nice. For shopping we are to Budoni, it only takes about 10 minutes. You urgently need a car The house is very well connected to the highway and is very convenient to explore the area. We have made beautiful excursions. Unfortunately, there were many mosquitoes. There are no mosquito screens, but each bed has a mosquito net that protects you at night. There are air conditioners in the two bedrooms, but ventilation was not possible without grids at the windows. We had a wonderful 4 days!!

We felt very comfortable. It really had everything you needed! Great amenities, nice patio, super pool! Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance, so you don't rely on the car. The hostess is always available and super friendly!

The apartment was very cozy, and the stunning views over Olbia made our stay perfect. We would definitely come back anytime and highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a great week at the property. It is very nice and big enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The listing is located on a quiet street with space to park. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Katia (and Kikka who works with her) have been very kind and helpful in every possible way. They were making our stay in this very beautiful place, in Porto San Paolo an experience, we will never forget . The beaches are in walking distance so as few nice Restaurants. The beautifully furnished apartment is located in Baunei and therefore perfectly between the sea and the mountains. For us, the proximity to the great hikes was crucial (a short hike even starts directly in Baunei). The apartment itself is nicely decorated, bright and has a great view from the windows of the kitchen. Gian Marco always responded directly and despite our lack of Italian knowledge, communication worked well. We really recommend staying here:)

Incredibly beautiful views of the bay, magnificent roof terrace. In the area great hikes in dream lights (optionally also by boat), various restaurants within walking distance. Very nice contact with Eva, lots of useful tips in the apartment. We would come back.

Beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need just as described. We felt at home and would come back any time. Supermarket right around the corner so really recommend. Parking right outside the door. Beautiful covered veranda. Also the surrounding area is beautiful, there is 5 minutes away by car a really long sandy beach bordering a pine forest. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Arbatax is really cozy and if you want more you just drive around the corner to Tortoli. Hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at all times. Thanks again for everything!

We have a lovely week in Budoni. Graziella is a lovely host, very welcoming and friendly. I had an issue with parking my car in my space as it was big and she offered to swap to an easier place. She got us some fresh figs from the garden :) the location is good, right next to all amenities , night market, icecream shop! The beach is a bit far by foot with children (15 minutes), but is only a few minutes in a car . Parking is cheap at budoni beach £3/day. The house itself is very well equipped and cosy. Everything you need !! Two air-con units one in the bedroom and one in the living area. Nice shaded patio with chairs and tables . Host always available and discreet. I recommend ++++

Perfect place to stay in Olbia. Chill place, with friendly neighbours. If you are searching for a place that has all the amenities like your house, this is the place. One note to consider the rooms are at demisol, but quite well ventilated. We didn't have too much light in the bedrooms but was perfect as we wanted to sleep. Nice cozy terrace for breakfast and dinner drinks. Eva was amazing with recommendations as well as helping us around the house with any issues that occurred. Would definitely return. Plus note the AC, made a real difference when the humid weather outside kicked in. Best, Stefan
