The pretty and well-kept flat with a large terrace is located on the first floor in a small private complex, directly above the beautiful bay of Cala Santanyi. It takes about 4 minutes to walk to the beach, which can be reached via a staircase directly opposite the house. If you don't like stairs, you can of course walk around the outside of the house to reach the bay, but here the walk takes about 10 minutes.
