Holiday rentals with beach access in Cala Marçal

Perfect apartment for our family stay (parents and baby, with grandparents). Two separate bathrooms was a bonus. Right next to the main beach and with a pool as well. Florence was incredibly helpful, and provided lots of extras for our baby (high chair, cot, play mat) Highly recommended!

Maria’s home was perfect. She allowed us early check-in due to an early flight. Clean home, the most beautiful view of the blue ocean. Home was perfect for 4 of us. Secure parking. Would highly recommend! Maria responsive to all requests. A must stay in Mallorca. Thankyou Maria!

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

the stay at Antonia's place was excellent impeccable apartment, access to the beautiful beach just opposite, top, private parking for the car, perfect, apartment in quiet residential area and very well located. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family or a larger group!

We were a group of 4 and absolutely loved Ignacio’s home. It is just as, if not better than the photos - clean, spacious, modern and beautiful. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pool and view. Ignacio was very helpful and responsive with communication. The home is located further away from the main sights in Mallorca, so perfect for a quiet weekend away to spend quality time with friends.

The 180 degree view takes your breath away from the first moment, just beautiful. Since we visited the island for the first time, we took some excursions. Returning to the view at Marion & Ben's place is great. The house is furnished with love and perfectly equipped. We didn't cook, but we think everything is there. The steps in the rocks invite you to still close to the sea and let you really come down. The proximity to the beach is great. The hosts are very friendly and make you feel that they love their house and enjoy sharing the great place with others. We would have liked to have stayed longer than 11 nights. The next guest can be very happy about the visit.

Very good stay in this nicely decorated and extremely pleasant accommodation in hot weather. Well located in a quiet area close to portocolom restaurants and shops. Next to a nice natural area for walking, jogging and swimming. Carmen was very responsive and flexible, extremely welcoming. Very nice experience. Please note that the bathroom is only accessible through the outdoor terrace, so it's not convenient if it's cold out of season.

The stay was great! The house is close to water in a nice quiet town with good options for food and groceries. Beautiful sunsets, clean home, comfortable bed. It was a great time for my family.

We had a lovely time here. It’s the perfect base for exploring the north of the island. The terrace and privacy of the bay are unforgettable. There’s everything you need in the house. For children there’s a playground nearby. There’s a lot of stairs at different angles which wasn’t a problem for us but could be to those less able bodied or clumsy so just something to be mindful of. The host was fantastic, thanks so much!

We felt very comfortable, the proximity to the place and beach is captivating, but we also liked the apartment itself. The pictures give a very suitable impression! The hosts were always available and check-in was also very straightforward via mobile phone. One point deduction for some dirty dishes in the cupboard and punctured linens - not a drama, but that doesn't have to be either. Just before Easter, some construction sites were in the immediate vicinity, but that happens.

This was the best place we have stayed in Majorca and we come every year! The views from the apartment were glorious- overlooking the harbour, the beach and also the mountains. So close to the beach, the best restaurants and ice creams and a little stroll from the busier main part of the port. We had a glorious relaxing holiday with so much sun and swimming- we didn’t want to leave.

The apartment is impeccable and as advertised. The building is quiet, easy to access and well secured. Luis is a great host, responsive and full of good advice. I would recommend it without hesitating.

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!

A beautifully situated flat with a large balcony with views over the mountains. The flat is quiet and peaceful yet only a stone's throw from all the amenities, restaurants , cafes and shops and the beautiful promenade and sea. We spent many hours relaxing and reading on the veranda, great new electric sun awnings, then stepped out of the front of door of the building into a lively seaside town to swim, have coffees and eat out. It couldn't be better placed. Great master bedroom with mountain views and a homely atmosphere in the flat. We would recommend wholeheartedly!

We had a wonderful stay here, thank you. The view from the balcony is beautiful and well worth the slightly longer walk uphill than properties lower down. Parking is very easy and the ground floor layout and entry makes everything easy. Very comfy bedding and well equipped apartment.
