You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Unsere Ferienwohnung Casa Svea befindet sich in einem ansprechenden Einzelhaus mit 2 Wohneinheiten. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß. Der große, wunderschön angelegte Garten wird nur durch Sie alleine genutzt. Es gibt vor der Wohnung eine große Terrasse, von der Sie auch das Meer sehen können. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich der 400 qm große Garten mit einem kleinen 2,50 x 1,50 m Pool, Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln und einer Außendusche. Auch der Pool wird nur von Ihnen genutzt.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

In our great beach house you can chill out by the pool, go to the beach and enjoy a delicious barbecue. In the evening you can sit nicely on the large terrace, overlooking the beach and the sea. Our house is perfectly oriented. During the day, when it is hot, you can look at the sea on the front terrace (in the shade) or lie in the sun by the pool on the other terrace. So there is always a shady or sunny spot for everyone.
