Our beautiful Mallorcan townhouse is located in the historic town of Pollenca on a quiet street, just a short stroll from the main square and Calvari steps. It sleeps 6 people and has a pretty courtyard garden. Only 40 minutes from Palma, it's the perfect retreat for a long weekend or an extended trip to explore and unwind. We’ve lived in this part of Mallorca for over 30 years and this house has been in our family for 20. We’re now delighted to be able to host it on Airbnb.

Whenever we travel we always go with high expectations and when we return, the memories of the beautiful things are the ones that remain. Cala Sant Vicenç, without being a well-known place, is a magical place. For its coves with the best waters of Mallorca, its excellent restaurants and bars. Our home, located in a unique spot, with the help of the swimming pool and the memories that you may have taken away from the cove, may make you come back again, perhaps in 2023.

Can Botana 6 es la última casa de la parte de arriba del Complejo apartamentos turísticos Can Botana. Cuenta con 2 plantas. Se accede a través de una terraza frontal a la planta baja donde está el salón comedor, cocina, habitación doble y un aseo con ducha. En la planta superior, se encuentran tres cuartos dobles. El principal, cuenta con un baño con ducha en suite y una terraza con vistas hacia la playa. Asimismo, esta planta cuenta con un baño completo con bañera.

Here you will enjoy waking up to the singing of birds, an afternoon of reading in the shade of centuries-old holm oaks or a relaxing swim in our pool.

You are going to love my place because it is a cozy space, you have the sea right at your feet, unparalleled views from this "Lookout" apartment in the Cala San Vicente (Pollença) neighborhood. IT is part of a small complex, built on a hill with just 18 units (each one with a private entrance). It has a shared pool and even a staircase that goes down the rocks directly to the sea.. My accommodation is good for couples.
