It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. It’s a very peaceful area, perfect for disconnecting from the daily grind. The property features a spacious terrace and a large garden, ideal for enjoying the outdoors at any time of the day.

The apartment is located 150 meters from the wonderful crystal clear water beach called Cala Molins. It has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), air conditioning along with all the equipment. Due to the Balearic law, you have to pay the eco-tax, which is 2 euros per person per night for those over 16 years of age.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment.
