We had a very nice stay at the place, Ms. Ana is a very accommodating host she can assist and guide you during your entire stay, everything is clean and you can also cook and use all the utensils.

Loved our 3 day stay at Tatiana’s place. We instantly felt at home and the house was comfortable for 4 pax. The house was easy to find and located in a secure subdivision. House was clean and matched the description and pictures. Would stay here again.

The house was spacious and exactly like the pictures, with large rooms, sturdy beds, and three bathrooms—super convenient for our group. Greg and Irene, the caretakers, were very helpful and proactive, even offering to buy items from the sari-sari store. The WiFi was strong, and the fridge/freezer worked great for our needs. The kitchen island was a perfect spot for family meals and conversations. The dirty kitchen was well-equipped with a gas range and large rice cooker. The bathrooms had heaters, and there was a WiFi extender in the master bedroom. A few suggestions for improvement: adding hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, having Netflix on the TV, providing a printed WiFi password for the upstairs, and ensuring the remote has working batteries. We also didn’t get the exact address until 11 minutes past check-in, and the slippers policy was unusual—especially with marble floors and central AC. Overall, a great stay.

We rented Edwin’s house for over 4 months. His place is a 3 bedroom house situated in a fine, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with 24/7 security. The location is about 10 minutes drive to establishments, schools and hospital. Edwin is a great host, he responds to my messages pretty quick, consistently. Whenever there is a situation, he always had solutions and dealt with it immediately. His caretaker, Melbi, is also pro-active. She maintains the house so well even without supervision. We could only say good words describing Edwin as a host plus our experience during our stay in his place. Our family recommends his house if you are looking for a temporary place to stay in Nuvali. I had an amazing 5-day stay! The host was incredibly thoughtful and even provided a broom for cleaning the unit, which made everything so much easier. They were super responsive, and all my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I truly enjoyed my time here, and I will definitely be booking again in the future.

great place to stay! I had to do online meetings and it had fast wifi, no clutter, and no unnecessary noises. bed was big and comfy. so many restaurants and stores around. wakable and safe place within eastwood. will definitely stay again.

It was a pleasant stay at Heidy's. Heidy was very accomodating and ensures that we are comfortable in her unit. Though there was a little hiccup about the air conditioning unit, Heidy was very responsive the resolved it within 24 hours. Would definitley recommend her place 😊.
