Bungalow holiday rentals in Calabarzon

this is my 4th time vising Jean-Marie's place. We didnt get to stay at the main house in this trip, but still the experience is great. Peaceful surrounding and great beach. Planning my next trip to this place soon.

It is a very spacious, private resort. It's a pristine mansion, a little on the older side, with a stunning overlooking view of the beach, a huge pool, and accommodating caretakers. My family and I had a great time!

This was one of my best AirBNB experiences. I don't stay in AirBNB's with the owners present (although sometimes they may rent it in their absence). However, since our only other option for the area seemed to be expensive resorts, we gave it a shot. Staying with Rosanna (aka Isla's B&B) was such a pleasure. It was everything I wanted to experience from Filipino hospitality. Her house is literally on the beach in Mabini. Her partner is an American who came to stay and just never left because Rosanna's hospitality is that good. He built a second floor covered balcony, where we spent most of our time working and watching the sunset. There is beautiful snorkeling right in front of the home. Rosanna is an incredible cook and will cook you meals if you choose. Btw, the whole community is basically her family, so if you need anything, she is like the unofficial mayor and just pulls out her phone and makes it happen. I recommend renting a scooter on your way so you have a way to get around.

The place was so relaxing, not crowded, the caretaker was very accommodating and very generous in giving our requests and attending to our needs. This place is big and can accommodate more than 19 pax. Great thing that the place has a pool which we all loved. And the sunrise view in this place is just amazing.

Outstanding 5-Star Airbnb Listing and Host! We had an amazing stay in Casa Maripas. The communication was seamless, and they made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The host went above and beyond by adjusting our check-in and checkout due to our work schedule so that we can enjoy the play. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy home away from home vibes. The beachfront and steel frame pool is also a plus! The host provided a local recommendation on a minute-away walk beach around the area that has a mini Boracay feel. Tita, their caretaker is very proactive and always offers help to us. They truly care about their guests' experience, making it unforgettable. We highly recommend them as a top-notch Airbnb Host and we are definitely going back to this place!

We had a wonderful stay at The Beach Bungalow - it was right in front of the beach, which was sandy and not rocky or full of small corals. It was peaceful and we were lucky enough to have the entire beach to ourselves as we went during the week. The amenities were complete and just as described. Everything we needed to cook was provided - we did bring our own food supplies, of course. Our doggos loved swimming in the beach too - I think they enjoyed the trip the most! Miggy was always quick to answer questions and Marvin was very helpful during our stay. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our family loved our trip because when we arrived tired from the 3hr drive from Manila, we were welcomed by the calm surroundings of Banak Beach House. We were 5pax with 4 of our lovely dogs. There are not much resorts nearby so the beach area itself felt very exclusive and the tide is low and calm, there are also tiny fishes near shore. The house itself had cute old school decor which brings back memories. While there is no TV, you would not even notice if you are spending time with family but if you really need it, they actually also have wifi. The open area is nice to walk around in and the kitchen had all the needed cookware. The dining and living room is also great especially when there is a cooling sea breeze. Thank you for the nice stay :)

Thank you so much for being so accommodating. Highly recommended place to stay while in Marinduque. Nag enjoy kaming lahat na guest, napaka ganda ng lugar, friendly host/staff and you will surely feel at home. Until next time :)

Great hosts, very responsive and their place is good value for short stay vacation in Lipa. There are nice restaurants and cafes just outside the neighborhood. Traffic situation in the roads is hectic at times but cannot be avoided.

My fathers initial reaction to the place says it all. He said wow this is nice. We were there only for an overnight stay so we weren’t able to truly appreciate the stay. It’s very clean and you have all the amenities needed for an entire weekend. A wide variety restaurants to choose from but warning, parking is scarce. Great if you have grab. Ms Rebecca the helper was very polite. Overall this is a hidden gem if you’re into a nice cozy and quiet environment. Hopefully we can stay there again but for more than a few days.

Julienne was a great host. The Casa was really comfortable and cosy. Ate Judy was always helpful and ready to assist us at anytime. The Casa has all the basic necessities which is very convenient. It is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended to other hosts! 🙂

Despite being an older property, this resort has such a cozy and welcoming vibe that it’s hard not to love. The house is well-maintained and comfortable, with all the basics covered. The atmosphere is filled with history and old-school charm, and I really appreciated the personal touch from the staff. The only issue was the flooded streets. I wont take it against them though as it's out of their control.

We're a couple with a German Shepherd dog. Overall value for money is great! Willy, the host's assistant, was very accommodating. He helped us with all our concerns with the check-in, kitchen, and transportation. Our dog loved it in the neighborhood!

Our stay was nice! Clean beddings, bath, and kitchen. I appreciate the silverware and plates that we could use. Drinking water was also available which is great! There were towels and extra beddings, which can be very useful. Both the hosts and the caretakers were responsive and considerate. Overall I would highly recommend this.
