Host is very responsive. The house is clean with complete amenities. With good signal and strong wifi. TV has netflix. The pool is big. You can also have food delivered via food panda.

We booked Merlyn's place to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday, and it was the perfect spot for some quality family time! The place is super private, with a huge outdoor space where we could just relax and enjoy. The rooms were spacious, the ACs were ice-cold and having an outdoor kitchen plus three restrooms made everything really convenient. The pool was just the right size for our group (we were 9), and we had such a great time unwinding there. Merlyn was also very responsive and even left us a small token at the end of our stay—such a nice touch! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and private getaway.

Location is perfect for team bonding. Best place to relax and unwind. We don’t feel that we are still in the metro since the place is private and quiet. Bedrooms are perfect reminds me of a vacation home in the province. The staffs are kind and accomodating. It was a warm welcome for all us. Overall, it was a great stay for me and our team. We will surely book again.

Our stay at Edison's place(Ayesha Hometel) was fantastic! The house was impecably clean, beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed, except for the microwave oven which is not working .. Edison was incredibly accommodating esp to my request.. Kudos to the care takers especially Ate Mercy for making us feel right at home. We would definitely coming back.

As a person who has been to Laiya a handful of times, stayed in hotels/ resorts in all of them - this stay was pretty special. We were looking for something affordable, private for the family (being careful & a bunch of introverts) and still be able to access the beach when we want to. This was perfect. The house was easy to find and it was extra charming to see that Ms Sheryll waited for us. She showed us the house, where to find things and it was very quick for us to feel at home in her home. Though we had a hiccup at check out (used to leaving resorts/ hotels before the check out time, in a rush), she was understanding and had continuous communication of the things we had forgotten. On top of that, she was very proactive with her recommendations in the area, that halo halo was amazing! Overall, we loved our stay so much and we are looking to stay more days!

As always, the place is still beautiful and so relaxing. The host was very kind and they responded quickly as well. We really appreciated that mineral water was included for our 2-day stay. Thank you Ms. Hannah, until next time! :)

Although we made the reservation just a day before our stay, the host was incredibly proactive and accommodating. They provided clear instructions on everything—from how to get to the place, check-in details, to the available amenities and house rules. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, and it was the perfect size for our group of 8. One of the highlights was the karaoke setup, which had all the latest songs, making it a lot of fun for everyone. It’s a great spot for spending time with family or friends. Highly recommended!

We’ve been here last 2024 and it was good. We really do enjoy the place and we felt like its our home. Easy to locate and very accessible to other places. Very accomodating host, nice and friendly. We definitely want to book again in the near future.

The place is cozy and conveniently located near Rockwell, making it a great choice for those who want easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The environment is friendly and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and kind, even agreeing to a sudden reschedule of my booking date, which I really appreciated. There were, however, a few minor issues: small cockroaches in the kitchen and the fridge takes some time to cool. Despite these, the overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend this place to my friends for its location, charm, and the host’s hospitality.
