La casa è affittata ad uso esclusivo, totalmente ristrutturata ed è dotata di ogni comfort. Luminosa, silenziosa, immersa nei giardini della tenuta (in cui si trova anche la nostra abitazione familiare) e con patio esterno. A 5 minuti dalle spiagge, dal Parco Archeologico di Locri Epizefiri e a 10 minuti dal borgo di Gerace.

Il mio appartamento è situato nell' incatevole scenario di Chianalea di Scilla,borgo di pescatori ricco di profumi e colori tipici di questa splendida terra.L'appartamento ha un ottima posizione,basta aprire la porta per ritrovarsi circondati dal mare,a due passi vi è la piccola spiaggetta di San Giuseppe.E' un luogo incantevole e tranquillo che racchiude in se tutti i confort di una vacanza al mare:spiaggia,mare,sole,splendidi tramonti da osservare comodamente sdraiati davanti la porta di casa.

La Casa Terrazza Blu è semplice e fornita di tutto. È composta da: tre Camere da letto, due matrimoniali e una con due letti uno singole e uno a castello, Cucina, Bagno e Terrazza. Situata sul promontorio nell'aria marina protetta; a pochi metri c'è una scalinata che porta al mare. Ricco di fondali per gli amanti dello snorkeling. Un rifugio tranquillo dalla frenesia dei viaggi. Un luogo dove rilassarsi dimenticando lo stress quotidiano. La casa è aperta al sole, al vento e alla voce del mare.
