WOW! This place is amazing. The most beautiful views of the hillside down to the ocean by Badolato Marina, and a breathtaking view of Badolato Superiore. The house is brand new, everything works perfectly, and its very comfortable. Did I mention the million dollar view!? And the hosts were responsive within minutes, bringing extra towels, making an extra bed, and were present in person when we checked in to explain everything. I give this place a 100%.

Rosalba and her family members were extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location was absolutely breathtaking and her home was beautiful, comfortable, and made our time spent in Calabria so special! Thank you, Rosalba!

Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

Louise was very responsive and an excellent host. The place was very clean and you cannot beat the location. Steps from the beach, coffee shops, and cafe. Having our own garage for parking was a plus! We rented both houses for our family which worked out great since they were next to each other.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

We had a great time in this residence, absolute tranquility. Pool and garden always clean and tidy. Staff and maintenance staff are always available for any unforeseen events. Value added private beach reachable with 400 steps. Also workable by my 3-year-old daughter. We'll definitely see you again!

Carmela was helpful and very attentive structure with a lovely garden. Our studio had a terrace from which you saw the sea. The location of his apartment is truly strategic, it allows you to move easily and reach both the beautiful city of Tropea and the various beaches around.

Alberto and Gabriella's stay exceeded expectations. In addition to the absolutely strategic location to visit the surroundings and the structure rich in details and tastefully furnished, the added value is the hosting, the attention they reserve. We were lucky enough to have dinner at the property on the day of our arrival and what can we say? Dinner was also a treat. The solution of the one-bedroom apartment is proven to be a winner for our needs! A round of applause for the daily cleaning of the apartment, a very welcome service! When we return to the area we can't help but make a stop here.

the apartment exactly matches Alessandro's statements, it is in a quiet area just outside the city. The sidewalk is missing for about 500 meters for those who want to walk but a 2-minute drive away there is ample free supermarket parking, so you can leave your car and continue on foot to the historic center. Alessandro is courteous and always available . I hope to go back.

We had a great time. The apartment is well equipped. Mario and Natalia welcomed us very warmly. There was extra cake and limoncello, both very delicious. Also, the fridge was filled with milk and juice, coffee capsules,water and tea as well as jam all available. The beach is super. We didn't do much else. Snorkeling there was awesome .

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for exploring Scilla. Loved it!

Cozy apartment clean and tidy with all comforts. Ideal for a stay in Reggio Calabria a short walk from the Duomo Station and the Corso Principale di Reggio Calabria. Connected directly from the airport with fast and cheap bus service and the stop is just a short walk from the apartment. Tiziana is a host who is present and attentive to the needs of her guests and will be able to recommend you for your stay in Reggio Calabria

Thea Maris BnB was an exceptional experience for us. The apartment was extremely spacious, very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed was available. There was a generous amount and variety of food available for breakfasts and snacks. Luisa was friendly available and very helpful in many ways for example in giving suggested shortcuts to the port and the beach as well as making dinner reservations for us. We absolutely loved the balcony! The views were spectacular and we could hear the sea. We would most highly recommend Luisa and her property!

Very well maintained accommodation with an amazing roof terrace - super equipped, great view, absolutely quiet, partially covered, enough space to relax. The pictures show everything - exactly as described, great for feeling good!

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Comfortable apartment only flaw that has only one bathroom. But we knew that. Otherwise, very satisfied with everything very close to the sea and more than a few restaurants and a very good ice cream shop. Pizzo Calabro is a beautiful town. Definitely GO BACK.

Nice apartment equipped with everything you need. In a super convenient area in the center and shops but also convenient to the sea. There are also several parking lots nearby if one has a car. Maria Cristina was very kind and available both for pre-arrival advice and for check-in time. If we return to Soverato, I will definitely reconsider this apartment😊

A lovely place with the most spectacular terrace. All conveniences available including some extra small attentions such as local goodies, chocolate and water in the fridge. The town is walking distance although you have to be prepared to walk stairs. The owners were extremely kind and attentive. If in the vicinity we would definitely stay again.

The appartment was exactly as in the pictures. Very clean, at a walkable distance from everything (downtown, beaches, restaruants, supermarket). Very spacious and I had everything I need for my stay at Tropea. The host was very friendly and proactive. I travel a lot with my dog and this was the frist time when I received the number of the local vet. If I return to Tropea, I will definitely choose to stay here.
