Beautiful duplex penthouse air-conditioned with three terraces renovated in 2013. The kitchen has all the equipment. Two rooms with shower and terrace with electric blind and deckchairs. One separate toilet. Terraces on the road side with side sea view. We acquired this apartment in 2016 after several years of vacation rental. The apartment is really as a house in 50m from the beach and 200m of the church and 350m of the station. External refurbishment of the building from October to February.

Apartment with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, swimming pool and private parking perfect for its location and lighting. Perfect in a quiet area and 45 minutes from downtown Barcelona.
