The ground floor consists of a fully equipped functional kitchen as well as a large living room with a living room (with sofa bed 2 pl) overlooking a large teak terrace of 40m2, a dining area and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a sea view, double bed and storage.

The furnitures are completely new and even if the building is from the 50's, the apartment offers great comfort.
