Monthly Rentals in Calca

Mel and Darren were friendly, the house had all we needed (but we weren't with telstra, so no phone reception and there is no internet), we loved the horses and dogs, there was lots of birdlife, the bed was comfy, the property is peaceful and the stars are amazing. We were grateful for the opportunity for a unique farmstay on our big road trip between Vic and WA.

Fantastic location, easy access, super secure for pets and children, house is nice and tidy, has everything you need and a beautiful view on the front deck. Thanks for having us Karen, we'll be back for sure!

Westall loop is one of those untouched places, rugged and beautiful. It is blissfully remote but close to a great little town in Streaky bay. The Westall Shack is a fantastic comfortable and warm home, nestled perfectly into the low lying sea side landscape. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you could need. The bathroom is well designed and the rain shower is a sensational bonus. The bed rooms are comfortable and cocoon like. There is a sense that the building is there to look after you and protect you. we brought our dog Mable who loved running around the very secure yard. we were there for 4 days but could have happily stayed longer. Would recommend to anyone who wants a digital detox and to reconnect with the natural world (in comfort and style).
