Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Caldas Novas

This is the second time staying in this house with my family and I can safely say: we'll be back every year. The house is perfect, has air conditioning, a really heated pool, everything very clean and organized. 3 bathrooms are great especially when you are with more people. The hostess is very welcoming, attentive and gives very clear information, in addition to making everything ready for the stay. My mother is always reluctant to return home, she said that the only defect of the stay is the house not being her hahahaha she likes this little corner in Caldas. Go without fear! I super recommend ♡

The stay was very good, house organized, everything clean, the person who received us very polite. Nearby has supermecados and a bakery that has a way to walk, about 15 minutes of walking, quiet, we like it a lot.

An unforgettable house and I will definitely return. Place in a sensational condominium with a cold and heated swimming pool infrastructure with the daily cost of R$30.00 per person but being able to use all day, option when there are no scheduled tours. The House is complete, large, beautiful and large outside area, hospitalization, kitchen, living room, bathrooms and large rooms, A Maria always willing to help us in every way. We were well served by both Maria and the condominium where I made friends with people. There's indoor bakery, you can walk, the Pet was comfortable in the house and the condominium with daily walks and also when we left. Excellent in everything, I recommend this home.

What a wonderful place! It has been days of great peace, fun and unforgettable moments as a family. The site is impeccable, catering to all needs. We were in seven people, five adults and two children, and everything was just perfect! The house is extremely clean, organized and equipped with everything we needed to make the most of our days. The heated swimming pool is a true invitation to relax, and the atmosphere is a real haven of calm, perfect for rest. In addition, Cinthia was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Without a doubt, will come back!

At first it was a little hard to find, but we soon found it and we didn't have any problems anymore, a great house and she always ready to assist us, on the way out we needed more time and understood and helped us, very grateful and sure to return to Caldas, we would stay again.

Our stay was very good and nice. Super quiet neighborhood. Near the city center with amusement park and many shops. 20min of Hot Park. Note 10 for Leonardo who was very helpful and helped us in everything. We intend to come back more often.

The site is quite quiet because it is further from the bustle of the city center, yet relatively close to the points of interest. The house has all the necessary equipment except bedding, which I learned after renting. The check-in process is quite simple, not needing to wait. The house is spacious, and almost everything was working, only the air conditioning of the suite that seems to be spoiled. The cleaning lacks improvements, especially from the sofa, which was very dirty (we had to go for it). Overall, it is cost-effective.

Our stay was very quiet, we were with our 3 young children and our grandparents. The condominium is very nice, has 5 pools (if you have the waterfall that is very hot in front of the sauna). The apartment is very complete, comfortable and well located. I took the seasonings I like and prepared lunch the first day. We even made burgers the night in the apartment grill. I took the baby's portable crib and fit perfectly next to us in the suite. In addition, it was possible to wash clothes and use the small poles that are on the balcony, I have nothing to complain about. We are at your disposal cleaning products. We went to the Uber Moonlight Market thing for 5 minutes to get there. Malba was super attentive with us throughout our stay. Voltaria several times and I highly recommend it.

It was all great in the stay, it is only a bedroom with a double bed but it has extra mattress, the environment was very clean, just mind the sandwich maker was dirty but it was not a problem we cleaned up quickly and we used it normally, the air-conditioning grinds the whole flat which is wonderful since if someone goes to sleep in the room it will not be hot, the place is close to several restaurants and markets so it was very good for us, in the building itself there is a cafeteria that serves almost everything is the food is delicious, the flat is super pleasant and you really feel at home, for sure it will be a place that I will come back more my family 👏🏻☺️

It is already the 2nd time we stayed at Thermas Place at Apto 815 do Juliano. We Like the apto, the TV (movie channels), air conditioning, hot shower, minibar, everything working optimally well! Comfortable queen bed! That tasteful smell of cleanliness! The pools are heated and are always clean. I brought bedding, towels and pillow as usual. It was offered by Thermas Place breakfast for kg and lunch (Marmitex and executive dish $30.00). About the host, Juliano nothing to complain, he is always available! We'll be back soon! Thank you!
