Apartment completely renovated in 2023. Quiet accommodation and close to public transportation. By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation, surrounded by the greenery of the first hills of Bologna. The house is located 15 km from Bologna, along a dirt road connected to a CAI path and numerous other routes to be done on foot or by mountain bike. The climate is mild, there is a lot of silence. If you love sports and the outdoors, it's ideal for you! Remember that to reach the house you need to have your own vehicle: supermarkets, bars and shops are just a few km away.

The house is located on the hills of Bologna, in an isolated place, very quiet and surrounded by greenery, about 20 minutes by car from the city. Ideal for those who want to stay close to the city, but want to spend the summer in an enchanting place, surrounded by nature.
