Incredible sea view! Pool. Garden. Beach. Unique!

The apartment is an annex to a large house, which is located on a hillside high above the idyllic village of Cabrils, 30 min. by car from Barcelona along the coast. It has a large terrace with direct access to a garden with a magnificent 10 x 5 meter pool with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and is surrounded by natural park with beautiful hiking trails. Lola is a naturopath and a well-known therapist and author and often organizes meditation sessions and other wellness activities at home

Ubicado frente al mar. Muy cerca del puerto Balís. Zona comunitaria con jardín, juegos infantiles, piscina y piscina infantil, sala de juegos con mesa de ping pong, canasta de baloncesto . Situado 100 mts. de la playa y de la estación de tren que en 40 minutos te lleva al centro de Barcelona, salidas cada 10 minutos. A 36 km de Barcelona. A 500 mts de puerto deportivo con restaurantes y muchas actividades náuticas. Muy cerca de Centro Comercial y del Campo de golf, pistas de tenis, paddel etc.

Sunny apartment in first sea line. It has a 21 m2 terrace facing south. With 270º direct views over the beach, much of the coast and mountains. Located north of the metropolis of Barcelona. 45 minutes from Catalonia Square and 60 minutes from the Fira de Barcelona and the MWC. Halfway on the Costa Brava. Restaurants open all seasons. All kinds of means of transport: Train and Bus Live 2 minutes in the center of Barcelona in 7 minutes. Delta del Ebre and the Pyrenees are not far away.
