Holiday rentals with lake access in Caldwell County

The house worked perfectly for our group! We thoroughly enjoyed the space and quiet neighborhood.

My team and I had an excellent stay here. We had more than enough bed spots and bathrooms for our large group. W enjoyed all the amenities: walked down to the lake, spent time in the hot tub, cooked burgers on the grill, and generally felt right at home for our time together. Roberto and the Renting Cozy service were responsive and helpful, making us feel like family. Cheers!

It was a wonderful stay. People don’t often think of Hickory as a vacation spot, but I had a very nice time. I loved the room, the lake, the proximity to town, the quietude of the neighborhood. It was all around a very nice stay. The host was also generous to equip the room with all of the essentials, and even snacks and coffee pods.

The house was amazing! The pictures don’t do the house justice! We loved the decors, the house was spotless and perfect for our needs. The host was responsive and we really enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood. It’s such a peaceful spot and it was nice being away from the towns.

Despite being at the air bnb during Hurricane Helene we had a great time. Matt is accommodating and easy to work with and the home was great! Lots of room and bathrooms with a great kitchen space. Our power was only out minimally compared to other places around us and the community came together to cut fallen trees to open up the roads. We appreciate Matt so much and enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully appointed cottage on the water. Great outdoor spaces for drinking coffee in the morning, watching the fish jump and all the different birds on and around the lake. Close to restaurants and dow town. Great place to stay.

Great location and wonderful view of the mountains. Lisa was very easy to contact and helpful. The house was very clean and in a great location to enjoy downtown Blowing Rock.

Blin's place was spotless, comfortable and the view was stunning - Fall leaves were in full color while we were there. The bathrooms were spacious and clean - the water was hot with good pressure. The king bed in the master was supportive and comfortable. I heard no complaints about the bunk room beds the kids used. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, bowls and cooking utensils. All appliances worked well. It was muddy while we were there so we rolled up the light colored rugs so we didn't accidentally stain them. We had our dog with us and there was plenty of area for him to run and the streets were quiet for a walk along the road. There are steps all the way to the water which will be amazing for lake access in the summer. As it was cold while we were there and the lake was still recovering from Hurrican Helene, we did not get in the water. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Karen was helpful in sending recommendations and communication regarding the impact of Helene on the area. Always answered questions and put us at ease. The suite was beautiful and the amenities were nice and the views were great. Instructions were helpful. I would highly recommend this suite

A great location with almost immediate access to skiing and hiking trails! We didn’t use the amenities while there but did see many families enjoying them. A 15 minute ride to Boone and all that area offers was a plus. This was a quiet, corner location with a soothing view of a pond on the grounds out all of the windows. A good sized space to wind down after a full day of adventures!

Earl is everything you want in host. Responsive, friendly, and professional. I would recommend for any group event or private getaway. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at the lake house! The property was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The highlight of the stay was definitely the lake—perfect for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The combination of a clean and comfortable home with the natural beauty of the lake made for a wonderful getaway.

This place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and just what our family needed. So grateful that we were able to bring our sweet dog too. Our son is way into fishing-the dock was exactly what we were looking for. LeeAnn is an incredible host, answered any and all questions and the place was exactly as she described. We already know that we will be back and can’t wait to plan our next visit.

Jack was a great host! He supplied everything we needed for a fun, lakehouse vacation. Comfortable, clean, safe, quiet! The pictures were accurate and lakefront location was even better than the pictures. The only thing to know ahead of time of that the second bedroom (while clean and very comfortable) is a captured room (enter and exit only through the first bedroom). This is not ideal. It may have been explained in the description and the accurate pictures, but we were caught unaware. Loved our time there! I hope to return.

I absolutely loved my stay with Nancy. One of one host and experience. Stunning property! She was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. We had a wonderful time talking with her and learning about the area and her property. Her home was gorgeous and full of places to explore and things to do. I'll definitely be returning and taking pottery lessons next time!

It's a really charming, comfortable, clean, and quiet place. It has the best kitchen equipment of any place I've stayed: a large set of dish- and glassware, pots and pans, plush towels, comfortable bed. The host communicated well and quickly. I would definitely return.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Stacey's home! Everything was clean, tidy, and organized. all the basic kitchen needs were met and beyond. even having coffee, spices, and soap and dishwasher tablets. The bedrooms and bathrooms had clean fresh linens and very comfortable. All indoor and outdoor spaces were cozy and comfortable and well maintained. Stacey was very responsive for questions I had, and some were actually already answered within the listing. I would highly recommend staying here and very seriously hope to be back!!
