Have a relax time in this beautiful and pleasant new 31m² independent mezzanine duplex in a private property. Secure parking, private entrance, sunny terrace, bowling alley (pétanque), and jacuzzi are at your disposal. The pool is available from 10:30 am to 19 pm. The duplex is fully air-conditioned and equipped. Les Issambres Beach is 20 minutes away, and the Golfe of Saint-Tropez is 30 minutes away. In a quiet neighborhood close to shops and hiking trails.
