Een villa met 4 appartementen en 2 huizen en zwembad op 2 hectare grond, natuur midden in een nationaal park. Met in de zomer een buitenrestaurant onder de olijfboom waar u kunt genieten van Italiaanse gerechten of pizza.Geschikt voor rustzoekers, gezinnen met kinderen en zelfs groepen tot 40 personen.

Comodo e tranquillo, con ampio e fruibile balcone a di 5 mq, vista e posizione esclusiva ed incantevole. Pratico parcheggio esterno, non custodito ma sicuro (caserme Loc.Pol/Carab), a 100 mt. Il cuore del paese con negozi, markets, bar e ristoranti è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5' e le spiagge, in auto, in 15'.
