Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Calumet County

Beautifully decorated for Christmas - it was like staying in a Hallmark movie setting. Doug and Kathy are ideal hosts because they are genuine, “down to earth “ people and great conversationalists. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well equipped for guests. We’ve stayed here before and have always felt welcomed.

Our family enjoyed our stay and especially the deck with the beautiful lake views. Heather responded very quickly to our questions, although we did express some concerns about the windows and water. Overall we had a great time. Q

This is my fourth year staying with Kathy and Doug, and the third year that I have brought my friends along. We all LOVE Kathy and Dave and their beautiful home! Their home is absolutely spotless, their yard and back patio are beautifully maintained with gorgeous flowers and a shady patio, and the location is just a short 7 minute drive to the heart of Appleton where we attend an annual music event. And Kathy puts out a lovely light breakfast with coffee and tea, fruits, granola, yogurt and assorted breads each morning. And she has it all ready so we can enjoy it on the back patio before we head off for the day. We love our annual stay with Kathy and Dave and highly recommended them as top hosts! You will feel safe, rested and well cared for by these amazing hosts at their beautiful home!

Place was easy to find. Great location and safe neighborhood. Restaurants and shopping very close. Rooms and bathroom were very clean. She was very accommodating to anything we requested or needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location - felt away from it all but literally a couple minutes from the village. Cute digs that were immaculate and incredibly comfy beds. Hosts couldn’t have been nicer. Can’t wait to come back.

Nice place, we felt comfortable and it was centrally located, so we were within minutes of Lambeau Field, plenty of things to do and places to eat!! We were well informed of the process of checking in and out and all parking situations. Robert was easy to work with and responded in a quick manner!! We would definitely book another stay here!

Ron was super helpful and kind and his instructions were super clear. Had food I. The fridge for us and snacks was a wonderful experience. Definitely coming back for another packer game!

Clear instructions for parking and very easy check-in. It was actually closer to college Ave than we realized making out Saturday plans entirely walkable. We love it was pet friendly and we had our two dogs with us. There was a nice park right across the street for them to stretch their legs. Jodi’s place was incredibly clean and amenities were just right.

Jennifer was a phenomenal host and made us feel right at home. The property is the perfect location to basically do anything you want in and around Green Bay. We spent thanksgiving here and it was just perfect. Gorgeous home with lots of space, beautifully decorated too! We would absolutely go back!

As a very frequent Airbnb guest I must say Kristine was the friendliest, most detailed, thoughtful and helpful host I have ever rented from. I opted to rent from her instead of the American Club to celebrate our wedding anniversary and she added thoughtful gifts, great local recommendations and even coupons for many local shops and restaurants. My wife has very high standards and expectations when it comes to houses and hospitality and we both agreed Kristine earned 5 stars across the board! It was a joy to meet her and see someone so passionate and great at what they do. If you haven't figured it out yet, I highly recommend renting from her. I look forward to renting from her again.

We had a great stay! Perfect amount of space. Beautiful and updated amenities. Even delivered a noise machine to help with noise from the infant staying upstairs! Also had a couple snows while we were there and the drive was always shoveled! 10/10 recommend!

This place felt like home to us from the moment we walked in. The furniture is comfortable and so are the beds. Vicki was always responsive to any questions or concerns we had. This location is GREAT, especially if you don’t mind a two block walk to look out over Elkhart Lake. If we’re ever in need of a place in this area we will DEFINITELY contact Vicki about this place.

This place was perfect for us! It’s located in a homey, small town with several fun restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, functional, and cozy. The check in/out process was very easy, and the host was very responsive. I’d book again!

Really cute, clean place in a nice location in Appleton. We loved the private access, soaking tub, and use of laundry machine. This was a great stay!

We had two families that stayed together, all adults. We had a blast at the Tiki Bar and beach. The water was crystal clear! We didn't hit the pool because we couldn't pull ourselves away from the beach. We walked downtown and walked through a Porsche car show on the way. We hit a local Brewhouse for a beer then a swanky little restaurant for some Martini's. Everything was so close and the weather was amazing! Make sure to hit the Speak Easy right next to the condo. We stumbled upon so many cool things! We also rented SUP boards and paddle boats one afternoon. The rentals is quick and right there at the beach. We will definitely go back!
