We offer use of the single car garage in addition to the long driveway. Location is 1 mile from Springdale Racecourse and 3 miles to downtown.

Come enjoy wide open quiet spaces on our almost 30-acre farm. If you need time and space to unwind, you will find that here. Our farm includes 2 farm cats, Marshmallow (the cream one) and Leo (the black one) , a rescue dog (Linguine) and a few horses. If you are NOT an animal lover, Firefly Farm might not be a good fit. Marshmallow will sometimes make the top of your vehicle his little resting place. And if you leave your door open, he might just sneak right in. Just shoo him & he’ll listen.

Home includes private deep water dock. Perfect location for swimming, kayaking and fishing. Fire pit is perfect for cool nights.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place with GORGEOUS sunsets. When we say family, we mean pets & horses as well! We have 12 stables, 7 paddocks. Fenced yard & in ground pool. 5 fireplaces & heart pine floors. 3 living/family rooms. Once owned by the DuPont family (yes that DuPont family), the main part of the home is 96 yrs old and has many charming details. The 4 car garage was also the site of building race cars for the DuPonts. Pear Tree Farm offers the best in country quaintness.

Both face the yard and & record 24 hours a day. 2 CAR MAX. NO PARTIES!!!!
