In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

On a 9 ha estate in the heart of the Pays d'Auge valleys, this former press, renovated in 2022, enjoys stunning views of the Camembert valley. The cottage is very bright with beautiful volumes, a large 90 m2 living room and a wood-burning stove in the center. The cottage is decorated with furniture and objects that we have found. It can accommodate 9 adults in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has a large sunny terrace and a private garden.
