The apartment is really very nice, well-structured and with everything. It is directly on the Trail of the Silent Villages, the comfort is total. Enrico is a very responsive and helpful host. You can comfortably cook on site, the kitchen is equipped, and there are also some options (the possibility of having a coffee for example). The property is very tidy and very clean. The surroundings are quiet. The wifi is missing, as reported, but unlike other guests I haven't experienced any network issues. In this intermediate season, since it is a new structure but in an old farmhouse, it may be a little cold, but nothing unbearable. The staircase to access the night floor is rough, it takes a little attention. The cost of the accommodation is more than adequate for a couple: for a single maybe it is a little high but it includes undeniable practical and logistical benefits.

We stayed at Stefania's house with our Maremma Gea. The outdoor space is very large and well cared for, ideal for those traveling with animals. The house has a fireplace, heating and air conditioners. There were many utensils, appliances in the kitchen, and we found a lot of things in the pantry. Stefania was a very attentive and welcoming host, in the morning she brought us sweets and orange juice. The house is in an area surrounded by woods and isolated from the town center. Ideal for escaping the chaos of the city. We recommended Stefania to improve the soundproofing of the house (which borders her). Otherwise we had a great time and were also able to collect the wild asparagus that grow on your property!

Beautiful house, lovely swimming pool in a wonderful setting! Pulceria provided everything we needed, A/C in the bedrooms would have made the nights more comfortable in a hot August.

Edwards Umbrian retreat is perfection. Nestled in the hills, stunning views, every corner properly and non-fussily furnished. The kitchen is by far the best equipped Airbnb I have ever experienced. A separate casita for some guests, a beautiful main house with everything needed, and a big magnificent pool with extensive views of the Umbrian landscape. It is a tad remote, up a rocky road, which adds to the magic. Edward was responsive at every turn. An amazing place to be able to vacation.
