The SandBox Grotto

The Grotto is the downstairs half of a vintage beachside beachhouse owned by "the sandcastle lady" - sandy feet. With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. This condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed, two bunk beds in the hall & queen sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances & cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender & toaster. Dining area sits 6. This unit is located on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to load/unload suitcases & groceries. Only a few steps to the beach. The best aspect of this condo is its location having a lots of amenities within walking distance.

This 1-bedroom has a breathtaking view of the Mexican Gulf with the beach within steps away from the building's backdoor. It features a porcelain tile floor, modern-style furniture, GE appliances, granite countertops, and a 42" HD TV. Renters can enjoy a pool and hot tub. There are elevators in the building and laundry facilities right down the hallway. Four beds: 1 queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed (large twin sleeper), a pull-out single bed (from the loveseat), and a rollaway bed.

A beautiful, fully equipped modern duplex located near UTRGV Campus, Mexico International Bridge and 3 minutes away from Expressway 77/83. Approximately 30 minutes away from South Padre Island, Space-X, and LNG. This duplex has a total of 2 apartments and the backyard patio is divided into separate spaces with a privacy fence, offering you a private area.

Relax with your whole family at this peaceful place. We are 20 min. from beautiful South Padre Island and 10 min. from most shopping areas and 15 min. from famous Glady’s Porter Zoo. You can see the fireworks from the balcony, and the condo is directly located above the pool. A new air conditioning unit has been installed (10/2023) All bedrooms have a 50” smart TV available. Pets are not allowed, and the unit is non-smoking. Tenants who compromise the space will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
