Beautiful place to stay, the distance from the beach along with the view from the balcony makes it very hard to beat. Jessica is super kind and cooperative in all communication. Strongly recommend!

Loved the location, a little quieter and peaceful. No farther than 10 minutes to restaurants. Will come back. View from the extra large patio was very relaxing. Fell asleep on the patio couch listening to the waves each night. Plenty of beach gear provided by host. Checking in took about 30 seconds at key pickup and condo. Everything is described accurately in listing. Covered parking felt secure in garage. Very quiet at night even during New Year’s Eve. Recommend driving to Sea Shell Beach—found some amazing shells! Had one issue w noise the last night and condo office handled immediately. All great!

Great place for a refresh

We spent the weekend here with my family of 6. It didn’t feel cramped at all. I like the location because the beach that’s within walking distance is less crowded than others. We had a great time in the water and playing in the sand. Loved the amount of beach towels they provide and the useful beach equipment, such as the wagon, chairs, and umbrella. Another added bonus was the shower right outside the unit at the pool. It allowed us to wash off all the sand before entering the home. The only concern for some may be the noise from neighbors who gather late into the night (as it was spring break for many). We didn’t have an issue, but Doug said to call him if there was any bothersome noise so he could address it. So, overall a great stay :)

We had a fantastic stay at this location! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect just a short walk from the beach and close to everything on the island. The host was extremely communicative and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

We especially liked the design of the condo. There is a living room downstairs and one upstairs. Several families can have privacy with two living rooms. Very unusual. Never seen a condo like this. Very good idea.

This was my first time booking an Airbnb and Jeff and Darla made this so easy to do. The communication was great and answered all of my questions quickly. The condo was spotless and very well maintained. If I ever have the opportunity to come back to the island, I would see if this condo was available

Everything excellent!

The house was very beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was very clean and complete. Beds were very comfortable, decorations and layout make the house feel spacious and organized. We used it for a family vacation and enjoyed it very much. We did not need to use Jenifer for anything during our stay, but at the time of our check in for an issue with the key and she responded immediately and solved on the spot. We definitely recommend this house and look forward to come back ourselves.

Austin was one of the best owners I have ever dealt with. Wonderful location, clean, if anything the place was better than the pictures. Wonderful pool area, lots of seating, toys. I could go on and on, all I can say is this place is great.

Loved our stay here. Sylvia & Rey sent multiple messages from warnings about possible traffic, to reminders upon check in & their favorite restaurants/spots. They had a wagon cart to use for luggage & the beach, as well as plenty of beach towels. Kitchen was very nice & Keurig a plus (we always travel with our own Kpods) vs traditional maker. This was our first time in a high rise condo (we normally stay in a house rental) & we loved the balcony. Great ocean side breeze, no mosquitoes reach you on 26th floor & we could enjoy the live music at Margaritaville. (But you can’t hear the music inside the condo for those worried about that.) My 16 y/o & his friend loved the game room at night for pool & foosball. We didn’t use the theater room but if we had a longer stay we would have. It was so cool! Had an issue with our key cards not working but that was the front desk not programming the right check out date. All in all we would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing time with my family staying in this house, the house was bigger than we thought!, very close to the beach, bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms are extremely big compared to other houses I’ve stayed in. A lot of chairs in the pool area. Some water toys available incase you forget. A lot of parking space for 4-5 cars. One thing that i really liked was that theres access to the pool area or balcony from almost all the rooms and theres a balcony in the backyard and another one in the front of the house both really big! … excellent home for a big family.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We loved the house and it was exactly like the pictures and descriptions listed. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach, which was amazing. Beautiful place to spend our Mother’s Day weekend. Nik was a great host and I will definitely recommend their place to friends and family. It was a 10/10!

Fantastic beach house! Comfortable, clean, spacious, with an unbeatable view of the Gulf of Mexico. Access to the beach was as convenient as it gets. They have beach toys & ice chest for use. The ambience and decor was like being in the mind of a deep sea sports fisherman, which was so cool. The owner also offers guided access to their boat for an extra fee for cruising or fishing. I wish I’d noticed this before! I would have loved to arrange this. Next time! I would definitely rent this home again.

Azaleas sweet escape was just that. Place was homey and comfy. Pictures do not do it justice, it's beautiful and clean. Will definitely stay again.

Everything you wish an Airbnb place would be in one place! Allyson is super responsive, very friendly, helpful and basically awesome! She made fantastic recommandations. The place is clean, well decorated, in a perfect location. Kitchen is WELL stocked with good quality items (example: non stick pans that actually do not stick ;) PLENTY of towels :) Could not ask for better. Best Airbnb place and host I ever experienced. We will be back :)

Melissa was wonderful from the start. Her willingness to accommodate and her communication was superior. We were in an unfortunate situation as our previous reserved Airbnb was compromised and we needed new accommodation asap. Melissa went out of her way to assist us and get us into her home asap. We were so grateful for the accommodations at Melissas. Everything one would need to enjoy the island was available. We especially enjoy having the golf cart to get around the island. Without any hesitation, we would stay here again!

The place was exactly as described. Minute and a half to two minute walk to the beach from the unit with private access. My spouse and I were able to work remotely and enjoy the beach, pool and nearby restaurants and bar for a week. Even in the most perfect places issues happen. On the ninth of our check-in there was an issue with the shower faucet. However, Mary got it fixed the next day she even offered us a refund for one day. Very thoughtful. Highly recommended host and place.
