Well-ventilated, bright, wooded, sunny, quiet and safe apartment. Outdoor space shared with a super shower. Organized indoor area, practical and pleasant kitchen, excellent bathroom, cozy and comfortable bedroom. In the living room, there is a trundle bed. It has a private laundry area. Nice space to enjoy and live in (off-season).

The beach is a 5min walk, passing by a preserved Atlantic forest trail, with little monkeys to accompany you on the way if you’re lucky! Diverse local shops at 10min walk.

The condominium has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, sunset and moon on the terrace! The beach is one of the most paradisiacal in Brazil. The neighborhood is very safe, with good restaurants, bars and close to the airport. Our house is located in the best and most beautiful place to live in Florianópolis!
