At 50 mtrs from the house there is a market, an excellent bakery, restaurants for lunch and dinner, pizzerias, more ahead there are food trucks with live music and children's playground, gas station, banks.

The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).

The beach is a 5min walk, passing by a preserved Atlantic forest trail, with little monkeys to accompany you on the way if you’re lucky! Diverse local shops at 10min walk.
