A little "Incanto" in Campiglia Marittima

Studio INCANTO was created from an ancient agricultural estate of about 50 square meters overlooking the valley that overlooks the ancient Pieve di San Giovanni and extends to the sea of the coast of Piombino. In the architectural restoration of the property, the vaults, niches, and bricks of ancient workmanship were maintained, while at the same time the house was equipped with all the comforts. In contrast, the flooring of the entire studio was created in resin that gives brightness and facilitates the maintenance of cleanliness.

Casa Ilia is located inside the medieval village of Campiglia Marittima. To reach it, you have to enter inside the walls and immerse yourself in the fantastic atmosphere of the village. Near Casa Ilia you will find a pastry shop, a wine shop, some bars and restaurants and a market. WARNING: Ilia is located inside the village. Parking is not far outside the walls. Please note: The flat does not have air conditioning; we provide a fan.
