Studio INCANTO was created from an ancient agricultural estate of about 50 square meters overlooking the valley that overlooks the ancient Pieve di San Giovanni and extends to the sea of the coast of Piombino. In the architectural restoration of the property, the vaults, niches, and bricks of ancient workmanship were maintained, while at the same time the house was equipped with all the comforts. In contrast, the flooring of the entire studio was created in resin that gives brightness and facilitates the maintenance of cleanliness.

With its 42 mt high, the Salvucci Tower is one of the famous towers of San Gimignano and today the only one turned into a vertically-spread apartment divided into 11 floors for a total of 143 steps. The panoramic terrace at the top floor offers an incredibly beautiful city view.
