Mini appartamento con 2 letti singoli (unibili) e bagno privato. Ingresso indipendente dal giardino. Accanto al centro ma fuori ZTL. Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo :)

L'appartamento é situato in un contesto di verde naturale, ai piedi delle colline ed alle porte di Reggio Emilia, il centro cittadino é raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. L'arcispedale Santa Maria Nuova é raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto, cosí come la RCF Arena. Il privilegiato posizionamento ne assicura la massima tranquillità e godibilità. É possibile pranzare/cenare in giardino ed utilizzare il barbecue presente! Tassa di soggiorno di 2.5 € a persona (solo per i primi 5 giorni)

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Courtyard apartment with stunning views

Beautiful courtyard apartment set in over 20 acres - the location is just right for relaxing, and eating some of the best food in Italy. If you love mountain biking or hiking this is perfect. We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

Ca' Stanga is situated in the countryside of Bologna, at the foot of the hill, near Emilia street and the motorway exit of Valsamoggia (2km). The house is located within a rustic farm (donkeys, geese, hens ...) and animals are welcome. We're in the center of Emilia, so we're in an optimal position to visit the region and also for a stop to reach far away destinations. It's, therefore, the best solution for who loves nature, but wants the proximity of roads.
