Villa La Rosa Blanca A 2 bedroomed villa with large sun terrace in the pretty village of Pinar de Campoverde. An excellent base for Golf, Hiking or Relaxing on one of the many beaches or by the village swimming pool. The village is located at the foot of the Sierra de Escalona mountain range in the province of Alicante, Spain. The town has around 3000 inhabitants and is 10km from the Mediterranean coastline, approximately 15 minutes drive through Pilar de Horadada to the nearest beach.

Mountain House

House full sea view 200 meters from the beach The house is ideally located, very quiet and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs, 4 steps from the dining area to the lounge, and bedrooms/ bathrooms on the lower floor. Access between the parking lot and the house is a pedestrian path in good condition not suitable for a person with limited mobility (about 50 meters). You can't park outside the door, you have to go through these 50 meters to access the entrance door of the house.

Fantastic villa with an amazing view.

This fantastic villa is located in the hillside in a National Park, in Costa Calida - 7 minutes walk down to to the fantastic beaches It has an amazing view overlooking the beaches, the town, the mountains and the sea. The Villa has everything you could ask with 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, swimming, pool, terraces , outside & indoor kitchens, boule court, laundry++ Supermarkets and plenty of bars and restaurants are close by -or in Puerto de Mazarron 10 min away. A place to enjoy.
