The Suite & Your Hosts This newly renovated spacious private 2 bedroom 1 bathroom suite sleeps 6 Adults. It's a great space to getaway for the weekend to attend an event or festival with friends or to spend a few weeks studying or working in town. You will be hosted by Kimberly & Darren who live upstairs, they have travelled extensively throughout North America the Caribbean and Australia staying at many different kinds of vacation rentals and have brought that knowledge to building this beautifully decorated and thoughtfully prepared suite for you to stay in. The house is home to 3 older but super friendly four legged friends; Napoleon, Leopold (German Short Haired Pointers) and their 4lb little fluffy friend Pookie. They don't have access to the suite but you may see them in the garden from time to time. Location, Location, Location... The suite is located in the Sherbrooke neighbourhood which is a 10 min ride to all the major venues such as Rogers Place, Expo Center, Shaw Conference Center and we are located 1 min from the Yellowhead & St. Albert Trail / Groat Road so there is easy access to St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove and the Anthony Henday Drive. The Edmonton International Airport is 30-50 Mins away depending upon time of day and the VIA Rail Station is only 8 Min away. But if you are driving we have ample FREE Parking in front of the house. We are 10-15 min drive to all the Universities, Nait and the University and Royal Alexandra Hospitals. We are located 1 block from a major bus stop that goes to West Edmonton Mall, Westmount Mall, Northgate Mall, Kingsway Mall, Downtown, Government Center and the Royal Alexandra Hospital. We also have access to busing a few blocks away to St Albert and the Nait Patricia Campus. Neighbourhood Restaurants, Entertainment & Concierge Services The Suite is has a fully capable kitchenette but with so many amazing restaurants so close you won't want to eat in. We are only a few blocks away from the finest dining in the city along the 124 St Business District and a few minutes away from the downtown nightlife. We love all the independent locally owned restaurants and will include them and other local travel suggestions in our online guest / guide book. We offer Concierge Services such as scheduled ride pickup from the airport, laundry, high chair rental, regular cleaning, breakfast / snack baskets on arrival, spa services and exclusive excursion bookings. Forgot something not to worry we can provide most toiletries for a small fee too. Fun FACTS....What can you do while you're here...well sooooo much We are here to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay and encourage you to explore our City in the North. We think its a hidden destination. Most people think Oil & Beef Country and it is that, but it's so much more. Edmonton is the Festival City of Canada, it's host to more than 30 festivals a year . We are home to the NHL Edmonton Oilers Team, WHL Oil Kings and the CFL Edmonton Eskimos. If you are into University Sports you can always catch Volleyball, Basketball and Hockey with the teams from MacEwan, UofA and Nait close by. Edmonton hosts more live major music concerts than any other city our size. (Surprised? We were) The City hosts the World Triathlon Circuit and has hosted the Red Bull Extreme Winter Games a few times. We have one of the largest malls in the World; West Edmonton Mall it takes up 48 city blocks, One of our Favorite Events is the Largest Outdoor Farmers Market in Western Canada only a hop away in St. Albert every Saturday in the summer & fall with everything from Flowers to tastings from the local distilleries and all the food in between. Soon the revitalization of our downtown core will be complete with the ability to stay indoors and access all the major downtown attractions through our maze of pedways connecting Roger's Place our brand new state of the art arena with shopping, restaurants and movies. Edmonton is home to Canada's largest living history museum Fort Edmonton Park winter or summer it's fun for the whole family located along side the John Janzen nature centre and there are canoe trips to discover the North Saskatchewan from Devon through downtown. Edmonton is one of the World's Sunniest Cities averaging 2300 hours of sunshine a year. It also boasts North America's longest corridor of connected urban parkland runs along the city's river valley. With paved trails you can cycle 100's of miles and never see the same vantage point twice. This makes Edmonton one of Canada's greenest cities with 20 major parks they equal an area 22 times larger than New York City's Central Park. Want to see some stars while your here you could just go to one of the parks, but we are also home to Canada's largest Planeterium at the Telus World of Science. Want to see downtown and discover the unique and one the oldest areas in the city Whyte Avenue take the World's Highest Street Car across the High Level Bridge, see a sunset and even on special nights get to listen to live music on your ride. There is so much more to tell you...but if you decide to stay with us you can count on never being bored and if you want to just hang out in the suite or in the garden in peace you can do that too. Heritage Cottage is a beautiful retreat away from life's busy pace. This spacious and cozy home was built Summer 2019. The panoramic views show all of Southern Alberta's best - the prairies, foothills, and rocky mountains. 40 minutes from Waterton National Park, 15 minutes West of Pincher Creek, and 20 minutes to Castle Provincial Park and ski hill. We do not live on site but live close by that we can be available most times, if needed. We are excited to share this corner of the world with you.

Robin's Nest - 2 bedroom home in South Calgary

Enjoy the view of the Rocky Mountains in the morning! Access to the Bow River Trail system is at the end of the side walk. This location provides easy access to main transportation arteries in Calgary as well. We can welcome dogs but not cats as one of us gets severe asthma from cats. So sorry. This booking is for a main floor 2-bedroom bungalow. The basement is not part of the booking. The laundry is shared with the basement. Thanks
