Monthly Rentals in Candal

My sister and I had a wonderful 10-day stay at Marta’s apartment. The views from every window, day and night, were breathtaking—a true treat! The apartment was exactly as pictured—beautiful, spotless, and inviting. Check-in was seamless, and Marta’s hospitality was outstanding. She was kind, attentive, and quickly resolved a minor issue, making us feel well cared for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows, blankets, and fresh towels. Heaters, fans, and a well-equipped kitchen with basic supplies made our stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect—we walked everywhere and found public transportation easy to use. The neighborhood felt extremely safe. Marta’s apartment truly felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it!

Very well located for visiting Porto and Gaia, as much for those who like walking as for the public transport network. It was easy to park the car. Close to a food market with lots of choices within walking distance… small well-organized house, limited space for cooking but still functional. Small private terrace but a little noisy, car traffic passes right next door. Thanks to the host for their good advice!!

Wow- wished we had stayed longer. Spent three nights over Easter weekend and totally enjoyed this special luxurious and comfortable space. Top floor of Wonderful Porto, with nice view and seating area overlooking the river and the passing parade of vessels. Every creature comfort and very contemporary feel inside and on very quiet street. Thanks for having us Maria.

I only rated 4 stars for the cleaning and the equipment in the kitchen, that could be improved. But other than that, the accommodation is peaceful, super well located, with a very nice view on Porto. The indication for access by the host were really clear, and the fact that you can park for free in the area is great. Vila Nova de Gaia is one of the best place to stay in Porto, quiet but close to the city center by walk. I would recommend this accommodation.
