Enjoy with your family at this spacious home in a quiet area, close to shops. 5 min to the beach by car and 15 min. walk to the city center. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor with 1 terrace overlooking the Canigou and an outdoor space on the ground floor on the front of the house. You have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom ( bathtub, walk-in shower and washing machine). The toilet is separate. (Tenants on the ground floor have a separate entrance)
