Stone house with a lot of charm due to its structure and location. It is just 10 meters from the beach, next to an old salting factory and the Temperan Estate. It has 4 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom, 3 double bedrooms on the 1st floor and one double on the ground floor. All bedrooms have ocean views, the ground floor one due to its location has reduced visibility of the beach. Private outdoor terrace with ocean views, spacious living room with ocean views and modern, large kitchen with an office.
