Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a beachfront complex on Canneto beach on the island of Lipari which can be reached by crossing the road! Furthermore, the accommodation has a beautiful private terrace close to the beach which, according to our customers, is the most requested and most appreciated attraction in our reviews. On the ground floor of the same building, the convenience of a supermarket with fresh fruit and a butcher's shop. At 15 meters the bus stop for the center.

The "Attico sul mare" apartment is located in front of the bay of Canneto, 50 meters from the sea and about 100 meters from the pier where the boats for excursions to the other islands depart, bus stop 20 meters away. The house has a terrace veranda with stunning sea views. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with all amenities (satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee maker, double sofa bed) adjacent to the terrace equipped with table, chairs, sofa and deckchair.

Casa Chiocciola

Casa Chiocciola is a delightful apartment - literally - within walking distance of the sea. The house is a five-minute walk from the square, with amenities - bar, newsstand/tobacconist - and several proposals for boat trips. Nearby are a supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, bakeries, restaurants and pizzerias. Under the house there is a rental of cars and mopeds and the bus stop that runs every 15 minutes. The beaches below the house are free, but you can also find equipped beaches.

In the beautiful bay of Canneto, 4 km from the center of Lipari, facing east, where the sun rises behind the islands of Panarea and Stromboli, 100 steps from the sea you will find the small penthouse. The area is well served by restaurants, bars, pizzerias and supermarkets, scooter rentals, boat rentals and, last but not least, the small pier where both during the day and at night small/medium boats depart to discover the other beaches of Lipari itself and the other islands

Inside a cozy but functional space, there is a sleeping area, a vanishing kitchen and a living area. The space is completed by walk-in closet and a large bathroom.

Casa maddalena is a typical Aeolian house overlooking the sea renovated a few years ago with large rooms, simply furnished, to be as functional as possible. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, made up of houses perched on the east side of the island of Lipari, halfway between the provincial road above and the beach called "former white beaches". The large terrace for the exclusive use of guests offers a spectacular view of the nearby sea.

Casa Blu, Canneto Mare

Casa Blu is located on the parallel of the seafront, a stone's throw from the beach, in the seaside hamlet of Canneto. Nearby you will find a supermarket, bakery, bar and continuing along the waterfront small shops and places to eat. Two minutes away is the terminal of the bus that connects Canneto to the port and the center of Lipari (3 km). Connections are available until late evening in summer, at other times only during the day.
