Holiday rentals with a patio in Canterbury

The apartment is in a great central location with very clear check in instructions and great off-street parking that accommodated our large vehicle. A child friendly space and our hosts set up the extra bedding before our arrival. A bit of road noise at night but nothing that was problematic. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the laundry. We enjoyed our stay!

Exceeded our expectations. Don’t hesitate to book here. Susan was so kind and easy to communicate with. Clean, quiet, comfortable, well equipped, and easy to walk everywhere. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was a top location in Christchurch. A very short walk to the Botanical Gardens, the Riverside Market full of restaurants, the Christchurch Art Gallery, the Arts Centre. The apartment was lovely, clean and cosy, with a very pretty garden. Our communication was with Christina, who manages the apartment for Faye. She was lovely and extremely accommodating and helpful with advice, as we were staying over Easter and did not know what would be open. We are staying there again for our last few nights in NZ and it will feel like 'coming home'. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful apartment in such an excellent location.

This is a fairly new apartment in a small and unique block of 10. It was such a treat to stay and relax in, well presented and well equipped. I would stay again without hesitation.

We loved our stay at Rachel’s, it was the perfect re-set during our South Island roadtrip. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook a meal. The place was cozy and welcoming. I’d highly recommend!

We loved everything about this 2 bedroom apt! It was quiet, convenient, well stocked with comfy linens and kitchen things...and it was spotless. Our hosts were super friendly and ready with anything we needed. What a fantastic weekend stay! We will stay again - absolutely!

The stay was truly amazing and fits everything that says in the description. The penthouse has a stunning view and definitely stands out from the neighbourhood as it is taller than the surrounding buildings, very easy to spot it from blocks away. Check-in was super easy and very clear with instruction. Overall we had a great stay.

A great location for access to central Christchurch. The townhouse is delightful, sunny and comfortable. Really appreciated being able to park off the street. Barry and Sue were very helpful and informative.

We all loved our stay here. Views of the working port at night, birdsong in the mornings. A good walk to and from town to enjoy cafes, book shops, brewery etc Easy access to walking tracks and crater rim track and beach time close by at Cass and Corsair bays if wanted. Lyttelton is a fantastic wee town and everything Chch has to offer is just through tunnel if wanted. Great accommodation in a great spot.

We had a great stay here! We loved being a little bit out from the city and across the road from the beach! Great spot! Had everything we needed.

Nice place to stay. Good for what we're after. Had very minimal cooking equipment in the home, but wasn't a problem for us. Nice big tv and couch.

We enjoyed our stay at Shan and Lauren’s place. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Their instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would happily stay again :)

Our family enjoyed our stay at Southampton! It was nice and cosy. We felt at home, especially as we are from Auckland! The location was perfect for us, near stores and attractions. We will definitely stay here again, next time we are in Christchurch! Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic stay at Lexia’s apartment in Christchurch. The location was absolutely perfect—quiet yet super close to everything we needed, including shops, cafes, and key attractions. The place itself was very comfortable, and beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Lexia was a great host and made everything easy. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Christchurch!

Although didn't meet Kate, the room was quite tidy, the living experience was great, also let us use the kitchen, very good quality stay

Great place. Excellent location, has an off street parking spot. Right in the city, walk to e writhing. Beautiful afternoon sun to patio area, really recommend this pls e to have a nice stay in Chch. Very clean, very new, spotless and modern.

Accommodation was in a great location opposite the park. Apartment was as described. Easy walk into city. Really enjoyed staying there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel’s place in Christchurch. Like all have noted it is clean, classy and comfortable. We loved the location which is close to shopping, recreation and dining. Rachel is also an awesome host giving us help when needed and spot on recommendations. I encourage everyone else to book Rachel’s condo! You won’t be disappointed.

Our stay was great and the location was great. Having some extra space and a garage but being able to walk everywhere was perfect. If I’m in town again I would stay there again.

Very nice stay, had everything we needed and very clean. Had great style too! Was a little noisy being next to the road but still totally worth the price. It was also very close to everything we needed. Would recommend! 😊
