Guests will enjoy 2 terraces with sea and garden views. You will be surrounded by the sea, the island of Elba and the trees of the garden, Magnolia, avocado, lemon trees.

Calenzana, 1 km from the GR20, cabin at the bottom of our garden, beautiful direct view of the mountain. Upstairs: bedroom with two single beds and heating (for winter) overlooking a hanging net, below an open kitchen. An outdoor shower and dry toilets. Our dog Thio will be present in the garden. When you arrive you will go through our house but you have the opportunity once there to have independent access.

Access to our Albitru tree house is a small hiking trail that winds through the heart of our estate. You enter our tree house via a footbridge, the unique living space is available to you. The view of the Ampugnani valley to the sea is amazing. You then climb onto the roof terrace, you are weightless... In the heart of the listed village of Nonza, this vaulted 16th-century studio has been fully renovated to combine authenticity and modern comfort. It features a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a neat bathroom, and a private garden with stunning views of the sea and bell tower. The JUWEN villa is composed of: * 2 beautiful 12 m² rooms each equipped with a TV. * 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. * 1 equipped kitchen open to the living room with very good quality sofa bed. Outside, you will find a beautiful 70 m² terrace with garden furniture for 6 people, a plancha and 4 deckchairs. The pool is 6 m x 3 m and is heated from April to October.
