Come here, rent a car, explore Tuscany and Umbria while always have a quiet place on the country side to come back to. This place was amazing, couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot.

Karin was the best host! Not only took she care of the arrival of friends of mine who came in the middle of the night on a sunday but she also helped us to organize a vet when my dog got sick. She always reacted immediately when I texted her, gave us good recommendations about restaurants (in the area as well as in Perugia) and organized an amazing cooking class for us. We really felt like we were at home and the athmosphere at the house, the beautiful park and pool area was so relaxing. As soon as one enters this house it feels like you are in another world and you can just forget your everyday life. Thank you so much for everything Karin, we will be back!!

Beautiful villa located in a quiet area and surrounded by the greenery of the fields. Very comfortable for a few days of vacation in Umbria. Large living room and full kitchen. Curated and uncluttered rooms. Spacious and clean bathrooms. Highly recommended, also given the excellent quality/price ratio.

We had a great time in this new apartment that offers all the necessary comforts, in a very quiet area with the center of Perugia easily accessible by car. The environment was very clean and welcoming and finally the host Michele was super helpful and kind, as well as very responsive in communicating with me. So I would highly recommend thisplace.
