Two room suite on the first floor of my home with an en-suite bathroom and views of the Penobscot River/Bay! Just a short walk to the Sandy Point beach. Convenient access right on Route 1. Comfortable queen bed. Two 40” HD TVs with Roku including Netflix and Prime video. Mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven in room. Approximately 400 SF of space! Pets are welcome upon approval.

This place to stay is truly one of a kind. Private space with a slide out and a pullout couch to sleep 2 more. Queen bed with closets. Many cupboards throughout. Access to spacious backyard and outside grill and table, under an awning. All waste. is piped directly to my private sewer. The space is very clean and neat. Larger windows for your viewing enjoyment. TV will play only dvds. Coffe maker, toaster, blender, microwave and gas stove. 40 miles to Acadia . The best of the best!
